For me, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu leglocks and metal/hardcore music share the same energy: intensity, creativity, and a drive to push past limits. Both demand focus, precision, and the ability to thrive in chaos.
This was an 8-minute war of leglocks in competition — and with just 5 seconds left on the clock, I locked in the submission to win.
The entire match was a battle of setups, escapes, and counters. When it came down to the wire, staying calm under pressure made the difference.
